Christine Shaw Properties was established in 2018 as a unique social impact model of a real estate agency where I have the opportunity to merge my real estate knowledge with my social policy background to help those less fortunate. While still delivering professional marketing campaigns and achieving the premium price for your property, my tag line is "REAL ESTATE WITH A PURPOSE" (tm). At settlement disbursement, owners send 25% of my fee to Hands Across Canberra or Vinnies CEO Sleepout and receive a tax receipt. With my involvement on the Consultative Group for Affordable Housing and Homelessness for the 2017 Housing Summit, and now on the ACT Chapter of Housing All Australians, I am an agent that thinks differently and contributes. Christine Shaw Properties also reads an Acknowledgement of Country before every Auction, and proudly displays this Acknowledgement at every open home. For a different agent who walks the talk and contributes, ring me for an appraisal - and you'll experience the difference. Selling your home or investment property is an important journey, and you now have an opportunity to employ the right agent when selling, and for this to have a positive social impact on the broader community.
