 The Rocking Horse Company profile.............. The Rocking Horse Company was formed in 2004 to assist AVJennings and BMD (Urbex) Ltd to manage and provide a sales service for their products, mainly town homes & vacant land in SE QLD. We continue to this day to specialise in selling town homes & land under the associated business names, 'Nottingham Square Realty' and Cooperland.  Town home division.Our team has been together since 2004 and have sold well over 1000 town homes for AVJennings Ltd. Various developments we managed include; Central Parklands at Mt. Ommaney, Stellar at Creek Road, Carina, Viva at Calamvale, Villaggio at Richlands, & Nottingham Square at Calamvale. Our sales team can now work for any town home developer. We have the experience and can adapt to any preferred sales procedure.Land division Our Land sales team has been together since 2004 and have sold well over 5000 blocks throughout SEQ.Our team has been involved with numerous developments over the years including: The Carindale suburb, Forest Lake, Edenbrooke in Sinnamon Park, River Links in Coomera, Gainsborough Rise in Mackenzie and smaller divisions in the Manly area of Brisbane for BMD Properties.We pride ourselves on knowing our business and dedication to each project.
