GBL Property Consultants was established in 1997 as a boutique agency specialising in the sale of residential development sites, land subdivisions, new homes and vacant land. The firm has been successfully involved in the sale of over 4,000 properties in that time. The principal Greg Bettiol has over 25 years real estate & project management experience, mainly specialising in land marketing and new home sales. he is very 'hands on' and has in recent years built up a solid client base of builders & developers working primarily in the western suburbs of Melbourne. GBL Property Consultants has been working on land developments in the Melton / Bacchus Marsh area for the past 10 years.
