HT Retirement owns, builds and operates retirement villages in NSW. The three main villages are Mount Gilead Estate, Camden Grove and Gibraltar Park Estate.Mount Gilead Mount Gilead estate was launched in 2007. Today it is one of the largest seniors living precincts in the Macarthur region, with more than 500 residents living in the village.
