“John Chapman - Superior Sales” is a very personal Agency. The Agency includes very experienced staff, certified through the Australian College of Professionals. That staff includes Elizabeth Howard who has worked with Real Estate Agencies for more than a decade in the Upper Blue Mountains, and John’s wife, Ros Baker.John began work in the Real Estate industry earlier this decade. He has worked with many of the “named” Agencies including Ray White, McGrath, Richardson and Wrench and Century 21. The last years have been spent working with Wentworth Falls Realty, which incorporated Leura Village Realty, Katoomba Village Realty and Blackheath Village Realty.Considerable sales have been recorded by John in all those Towns over that time. John, working as a Solicitor across the Upper Blue Mountains often has to consider Real Estate aspects of his client’s matters. In “Elder Law”, often Family Estate planning and the instructions of investments, including sometimes the family home and real estate investments have to be considered. There are also, again in some situations, family law issues and even commercial disputes that involve real estate.Therefore John’s Practice both as a Solicitor and Real Estate Agent carries him across the Upper Blue Mountains into these very personal areas that require trust and understanding and knowledge of a consequence both in terms of the value of properties and the legal results of rearranging things.John has a self-owned property in the Upper Blue Mountains for over 35 years and practiced as a local Solicitor in Blackheath, for over 10 years, and Katoomba and Wentworth Falls.
