 K.J. Howard Pty Ltd commenced operation in 1969 by the late Kevin James Howard. The established business is now the longest owned and operated Real Estate agency in Noble Park. The business has been trading under the family since operations commenced almost 40 years ago and have occupied a main street office on Douglas Street for many years.The firm has always operated as a family business and offers personalised and professional service. Over the years a majority of the immediate family have worked in the agency including sons, daughters and later, grandchildren.In 1978 Greg Howard joined the firm and is now the senior partner and Officer in Effective Control. Greg has over 30 years experience in Real Estate and has lived and worked in Noble Park for the majority of those years.  The other partner, an ex stock and station agent, Mark Howard joined the firm in 1988 and specializes in residential property management.The latest addition to the firm is Matthew Howard. Since joining the Real Estate industry, Matthew has had a background in sales which have developed his sales skills enough to take the step into the Real Estate Sales Market.  This unique family business caters for Residential Sales and both Residential and Commercial Property Management within the local area and extending through the South Eastern corridor.We have always valued our client’s patriotism and appreciate all the return business and look forward to new clientele.
