Lifestyle Realty Pty Ltd began operations in Australia in 1990, as a specialist boutique Project Marketing Sales & Consultancy business and since that time they have been involved in some of the country's most prestigious residential & resort developments, such as Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast, Silverpoint Apartments at Main Beach on the Gold Coast, Laguna Quays Resort in the Whitsundays, Cypress Lakes Resort & The Vintage Golf Developments in The Hunter Valley, Salt Village at Kingscliff NSW, Peppers Pier Resort in Hervey Bay and others. Lifestyle has also acted in a consultancy capacity for numerous national & international property clients such as: Leighton Holdings, Macquarie Bank, Meridien Developments, Canyon Equity (USA), Dransfield, AV Jennings, Great White Shark Enterprises (Greg Norman) and others. Lifestyle has also been involved in the emerging global Fractional/Shared Ownership industry and their affiliated company, Lifestyle Fractions Management Limited, was granted one of the first financial services license (AFSL) in Australia in 2010 to promote, deal & manage "Deeded" Fractional Interests. Lifestyle Realty, in conjunction with Matusik Property Insights created the new "Think Matusik" marketing initiatives, which included the first Qld Property Forum in Christchurch, New Zealand in April 2012, which attracted over 100 investors.
