 OKG Property Management is an Australian owned family run property management company that prides itself on old fashioned care and commitment.OKG Property Management is owned and operated by a long standing local family that are recognised for their business success plus community involvement and commitment over a period of some 50 + years.The O’Keeffe Family owns a very large portfolio of properties spanning across houses, units, commercial premises, service stations and vacant land.Whilst we always managed our commercial properties and service stations, we had relied on local agents to manage our houses and units. Put bluntly, there were too many instances where poor property management was costing us far too many dollars in repairs and maintenance thus reducing the net income stream of our investments.To resolve same, we have now set up our own internal licenced Property Management business to cater for our properties and through requests of our friends and business colleagues, we now extend our services to worthy landlords and investors.As a family business we understand value and therefore now offer to look after your family’s property investments.Our O’Keeffe Family company, OKG Property Management, are renowned for care and perfection. Peter O’Keeffe
