This Agency is a family owned and operated independent Real Estate Agency in Burpengary, which specializes in the MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES in the Caboolture, Redcliffe and Pine River Shires. This Agency is not involved with general sales listings, as is the case with most Real Estate Agencies we specialize in Professional Property Management. We have been committed to this section of the industry in the above area for the past 25 years; many of our original Clients are still with us today. We understand that everyone has different needs and expectations when it comes to Rental Properties. Selecting the correct Tenant is an important aspect of any Rental Property. Insuring that they are in a position to pay the rent, also that the property suits their needs as well. Gone are the days of waiting in a cue at the front counter of the office to pay their rent. Tenants are given a number of choices to pay their rent, payment books to our bank, internet banking, direct debit, and we make them welcome should they wish to call at the office to pay. We receive a Bank statement daily and these payments are receipted into our computer system. Thus we can monitor late payments should they occur and quickly take steps to rectify this situation. We our proud of our record of monitoring arrears we have only attended the tribunal for an eviction twice in the past 2 years. Our up to date computer system allows for fully detailed owner’s statements, closing day being the last Wednesday of each month. Funds are banked for you that day and are available to you as cleared funds the next day. We are able to pay into any Bank, Building Society or Credit Union of your choice. Properties are inspected regularly with written reports to you on the care being taken and advice on any maintenance that may be required. The key to happy Agent/Owner/Tenants relationship is communication, carefully monitoring of the situation and striving to protect the interest of all parties.
