In August 2010, Simone Sinclair (Jarvis) decided to establish, Simone Jarvis Real Estate, an independent and boutique real estate agency. Simone Jarvis Real Estate is focused on a personal and professional approach to marketing and selling property as well as managing rental properties for her clients. After completing an Advanced Diploma in Property Agency in 1995, Simone commenced her real estate career in 1998 and  has been a licensed agent for many years. Equipped with the experience gained from the reception desk through to holiday & property management as well as sales & marketing has put her in good stead to be a business owner. She is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.Real Estate is Simone's passion and she has been selling and managing property on the Northern Beaches for over 10 years.  Since 2003, Simone's sales results have been consistently recognised, winning numerous awards from her previous agency groups.
