Tony Bransdon Property Group was borne out of the success that Tony Bransdon – Principal and Licensee
has had over the last 25 years buying, selling and leasing residential
and commercial properties of which are strategically located throughout
NSW and in particular the the Mid North Coast.
As a high performing investor of his own hard earned money, Tony
knows how to get the most out of his dollar both at point of purchase
and later at point of sale. When handling the sale of other peoples
properties he has the same philosophy and work ethic treating all
properties as if they were his own and achieving that maximum possible
price on behalf of his clients.
Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent and developer, for the last 30 years Tony
operated as a professional workplace relations specialists advising,
defending and prosecuting corporate entities and trade unions on all
matters relating to Human Resources, Industrial Relations,
Organisational Design, Change Management and Work Health & Safety.
To this day he is still highly sought after and from time-to-time for
select clients he continues to provide his professional skills and
expertise in this area of specialisation. Accordingly he has also
developed and fine tuned his communication and negotiation skills to art
form where he respectfully takes no prisoners and always achieves
results for his clients that other agents simply can’t and won’t.
Having spent 42 years growing up in Sydney and Newcastle and the last six on the beautiful Mid-North Coast with his family, Tony
understands the market forces at play through good times and not so
good. He understands first hand through his own investment risk over
two and half decades, where those forces are derived and how those
forces affect end results through easily made poor decisions often
brought about by selfish and carefree advice from agents who have little
or know investment themselves in the market. ‘Clients are

let alone hold solid investment portfolios! I don’t know about you, but

advising on because otherwise they don’t have the first clue about what
is the best outcome let alone how to get it….‘.

Outside of his corporate responsibilities Tony loves to
spend family time with his wife and two young children taking in the

experiencing travel opportunities whenever possible to places unknown.
He’s also an owner of a local Japanese restaurant, enjoys rugby league
and played at a high level with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, St
George Dragons and juniors with the Western Suburbs Magpies through the
1980’s and 1990’s. He is also a member of the local cricketing
fraternity and loves to support a number of the local community
activities and charities through his financial and personal time of
which he donates generously.
