Adam has been a key member of Ian McNamee & Partners since 2000 and was appointed Associate Director in 2018. With over two decades of experience, Adam plays a pivotal role in our Development Division, specialising in residential sales, project marketing, and development coordination.

He brings a deep understanding of the sales process, from off-the-plan opportunities through to completed homes, and has helped position Ian McNamee & Partners as a market leader in project sales across the region. Adam works closely with developers from site acquisition through to settlement, offering strategic input on planning, branding, and sales.

His expertise includes initial density calculations, project brand development, 3D visualisations, display suite design, digital and print marketing, and website creation. This end-to-end approach ensures that every development is presented to the market with clarity, professionalism, and impact.
