Adam's professional career includes an 18-year decorated career with the NSW Police Force, where he developed exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Following his policing career, he became a shareholder and operator of the Jerrabomberra Hotel, gaining extensive hands-on business experience within the hospitality industry.
Adam was also a co-owner and part creator of Prickles - The Art of Flowers, a highly successful and well-respected regional business that became widely recognised for its creativity, quality service, and strong community presence. His involvement in multiple successful businesses has provided him with invaluable experience in customer service, business operations, marketing, and relationship management.
With a passion for real estate and business development, Adam transitioned into commercial property sales and leasing, specialising in hospitality and tourism assets, including hotels, pubs, accommodation businesses, and other commercial investments.
