After years of helping people find freedom on two wheels, Aidan Marshall is now helping them find it in four walls. Aidan joined The Property Collective after managing a bike shop for several years, where he honed his leadership skills, customer focus, and ability to break down big goals into achievable steps, a mindset he now brings to the property world.

Aidan's passion for learning and helping people start afresh makes the industry a natural next step. Whether it's buying a first home, investing in a new project, or just turning the page to a new chapter, Aidan is driven by the opportunity to be part of that journey.

Before joining the Collective, Aidan worked his way up from apprentice mechanic to store manager, a role he earned in 2024 while still in his early twenties. That milestone cemented his love of guiding people through complex decisions, and his transition into real estate is already building on those strengths.

Outside of work, Aidan's still very much on two wheels. A lifelong cyclist who started racing at age 10, you'll often find him hitting the trails, camping under the stars, or tinkering with bike mechanics just for fun. He's all about momentum, both in life and on the track, and he brings that same energy to the Projects team at The Property Collective.
