Working closely with my clients to develop and conduct an effective marketing and sales campaign;
Making sure that my clients' home is presented to potential buyers in the best possible light, especially to emphasise the key features and advantages that the home offers to any potential buyer; and
Keeping my clients up-to-date and fully informed and involved at every critical stage of the marketing and sales process.
In all of that, I draw every day on my years of formal training and experience in the Fine Arts, colour theory, marketing, advertising, sales and negotiation.
