About Andrew Simpson

Andrew is a passionate sales consultant and auctioneer who has had over 20 years experience within the real estate industry.

Prior to the launch of Ouwens Casserly Real Estate in February 2014, Andrew was consistently placed in Harcourts Top Ten Salespeople in South Australia since the introduction of Harcourts in the South Australian marketplace in 2004.

He has been in the field of sales all his working life, with a cadetship in the Sharp Corporation in 1986 and then real estate in 1992. Andrew is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, regularly conducting property auctions and charity auctions for The Cancer Council, Julian Burton Burns Trust, Central Districts, Norwood, Sturt, Adelaide, and Tea Tree Gully football clubs, and Loreto, St Andrews and Prince Alfred Colleges.

His completive spirit even willed him to complete the 2007 New York Marathon (a big effort for the big fella).

Andrew is a fun loving person who lives life to the fullest and has a long standing passion for achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
