Ashleigh can't keep away from Newcastle. Starting her real estate career as a PA for George Rafty in 2007, she moved to Sydney for a short stint on the Upper North Shore, but then returned to Newcastle. Technically, real estate found Ashleigh. With a love of marketing, real estate investment and people, there's no other industry or position best suited to her. She's a candid individual, who doesn't mind sharing anything embarrassing, or things that don't show her in the best light, but is, somewhat ironically you might say, very good at keeping secrets. She enjoys working in a close team environment and socialising with good company, good food and has a very positive outlook on life.
