About Barbara Wright

Licensee, Director and Principal With a degree in Computer Science from London University, Barbara spent 15 years working in the Telecommunications industry in England, first as a software engineer and team manager, then as telecommunications Customer Solutions Manager, dealing with the UKs principal communications operators. Barbara entered a new career in real estate some years ago after bringing her family to Australia for a change of lifestyle. After choosing Real Estate as her career, Barbara trained to obtain her real estate license and purchased the business to become licensee and director of Seacliff Property in Thirroul.She is currently studying part time to obtain Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation, which will allow her to work as a certified valuer. This will expand the range of services offered by the business and give her the credibility needed to rise above the competition in this area. "My aim is to help people sell their most valuable asset by providing my skills, professionalism, integrity and my total dedication. I believe that working in real estate is not about selling houses but about helping people to get over the next step in their lives and to make it as easy and stress free for them as possible. I approach the sale of every clients property as if it was my own. I am a trained negotiator and I pride myself on my quest for self improvement, constantly updating my skills and sales techniques through reading professional improvement books and industry research. Real Estate is a very competitive industry and in order to succeed it is important to stay ahead of your competitors through constant education and applying new ideas and techniques."
