Ben is focussed and disciplined, developed from a life long interest in personal fitness and self defence, which has resulted in him building and instructing a popular martial arts training school in Bungendore. Ben also enjoys gardening and constantly improving his historic home in Bungendore with his wife Sonia, son Harrison & their much loved dogs.
