Before joining Blackshaw Real Estate in Manuka, I was the founder and principal of EstateRealty. Over the past 12 years, I established a strong reputation in sales and property management in the Bungendore and Queanbeyan regions. In 2023, I sold the business and embraced a new chapter with the Blackshaw team.
Earlier in my career, I served as the National Sales Manager for The Village Building Company, leading a talented team to deliver 996 off-plan property sales in just 18 months. That role had me working closely with investors, board members, project managers, and finance and marketing teams-a true collaboration at scale.
In 2009, after living in Scotland with my family, I made the move to Bungendore. My time abroad sparked my entrepreneurial spirit, leading me to establish Property Solutions-a turnkey company that sourced properties and managed renovations across residential and commercial sectors. I also designed and constructed landscape projects throughout Scotland, a creative outlet that I deeply enjoyed.
My real estate journey began in Sydney in 1998. I still hold a strong connection with my first employer and mentor, who taught me the nuances of both auction and private treaty methods-skills that continue to shape my approach today.
