Established in 2001 as Richardson & Wrench West Ryde, our journey began with a strong foundation in the local community. In 2011, we took a bold step forward, becoming an independent agency under the name Green Real Estate Agency.Growth has always been guided by integrity and a genuine commitment to serving our community. In 2012, we acquired Baker Kennedy Real Estate, the oldest agency in the area with roots dating back to 1950. This legacy of trust and tradition became part of our story. In 2022, we expanded again by acquiring Anthony Trees First National, Eastwood’s oldest agency with more than 50 years of service. These milestones strengthened our position as a trusted local leader while allowing us to continue building meaningful, long-term relationships. At the heart of Green Real Estate Agency is a dedicated and professional team in both sales and property management, led by founder Micheal Green. With decades of combined experience, our team is known for its calm, considered, and caring approach. We believe in guiding clients with honesty, not hype, and focusing on outcomes rather than pressure. For us, success is measured by the trust we build, the relationships we nurture, and the results that stand the test of time. This consistent, confident, people-first mindset is what sets us apart.Because life is brighter with a touch of Green.
