Caity joined the real estate industry with Blackshaw in 2017 after establishing her business expertise in the accounting sector. Her previous administration and office management roles equipped her with a strong range of financial management, staff training, client liaison, problem solving and marketing skills. As her work ethic is unparalleled, she undertakes a vast variety of tasks and continues to develop and expand her strengths and skills by furthering her studies in her spare time.
As Operations Manager she is responsible for new staff orientation and training, the performance management and development of people, system, and software improvements. She also oversees the weekly planning meetings, listing updates and the maintenance of customer service and marketing standards. Her operations management duties include the production of reports, the development and implementation of efficient process systems, human resources, general auditing (files, accounts and trust accounts), finance systems and ongoing correspondence with external parties.
Caity's direct engagement with clients extends to managing general transaction queries (funding, process timeframes), overseeing correspondence, monitoring external feedback and overseeing the process of sales from listing properties through to settlement.
She also supports the office's marketing and advertising activities by monitoring and reviewing brand-based campaigns (digital, online, print media), maintaining website-based property listings, agency exposure and managing related invoicing and account payments.
