With roots in Melbourne and the Gold Coast, and a depth of experience working across customer-focused roles in hospitality, real estate, and running her own fitness business, Chloe naturally connects with those around her, and genuinely wants to make a difference.

Chloe's people-centric, above-and-beyond approach ensures that our landlords receive top-notch service, as she diligently finds quality tenants who genuinely care for our investors' properties. This results in minimal rental arrears, satisfied clients, and strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Outside of work, Chloe loves health, fitness, powerlifting, reading, being outdoors, house plants, psychology, true crime (something she studied at Uni and loved!), and above all, spending time with her dog.
