Her previous experience in a client-focused business, coupled with her interest in people enables her to provide short and long-term property owners with first class support for managing their property. Similarly, she is skilled at assisting both long-term and holiday renters to find the home that suits their family's needs in terms of location, accommodation, access and price.
Similar to other of her colleagues Debbie has completed a Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) and has a strong working knowledge of the legislation that applies to both tenants and landlords. Her strong track record in business in the region also means she is skilled at business management and her contacts are extensive.
To support clients on both sides of the property management portfolio's 'fence', Debbie is a highly skilled problem solver and understands the need to respond quickly to questions, property-related issues such as maintenance and repairs, and managing payments in and out. Supporting these functions Debbie's professional network across all trades, business and community contacts is second to none and she always knows the right person for any job, ranging from fixing a blocked train to advice on upgrading a rental property.
