THE BUBBLY PERSONALITY WITH A STORY:

Born and raised in Canberra, Ellie's strong work ethic and practical approach were shaped from a young age through hands-on experiences and family influence. Spending time in the garage alongside her father, Ellie learned patience, problem-solving, and the value of learning from mistakes - gaining an early appreciation for how consistency and attention to detail lead to a finished result.

These early lessons carried through to her first career in hairdressing, where Ellie spent eight years developing strong communication skills, discipline, and a client-focused mindset. This foundation, combined with her ability to build trust and deliver outcomes, naturally led her into real estate, where these values continue to underpin her professional approach today.

Ellie is guided by integrity, accountability, and genuine care, bringing a grounded and people-focused perspective to everything she does.


THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:

Ellie began her real estate career in 2018, driven by an interest in people, property, and problem-solving. What started as a role in property management quickly became a long-term career path, as Ellie discovered a passion for the fast-paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to support both landlords and tenants through important stages of their lives.

Through hands-on experience and continuous professional development, Ellie progressed into leadership, and now proudly serves as Head of Property Management at Jonny Warren Properties.
