Floyd has lived in the western suburbs of Sydney and the Blue Mountains for over 40 years. He is married with two children. Originally trained as a commercial pilot and flight instructor. He has spent over 20 year in the aviation industry working for a major airline, air traffic control and general aviation. Having travelled extensively around the world, he connects and relates well to people from all walks of life.
His passion for real estate started in his early 20's investing in property, house and land developments and subdivision. He loves talking real estate whether it be to an owner or investor. He is empathetic to the importance of people's greatest asset, their home and the emotional attachment that comes with it.
