We don't believe that your investment should be treated like a second-class citizen to a sale property. We treat the marketing of your rental like we would a sale and include professional photography, floor plan, 200 brochures and professional copy in each and every marketing package. It's all about getting people through the door to see the property to get you the best price and best tenant and we aim to do just that!
Communication
Put simply, our main point of focus is good old-fashioned service and communication. We understand that your property is an investment toward your future and we ensure it is maintained properly throughout the tenancy and you're kept well informed. We include a service agreement in our Managing Agency Agreements, which gives you the opportunity to leave us without giving us notice if we fail to live up to our agreement. We haven’t lost one yet!
Inspections
Our ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections are all carried out using state of the art inspection technology which allows us to conduct detailed inspections that are uploaded to our database meaning you can get to them any where and anytime! (WIFI permitting)
Our Ingoing inspections will include anywhere from 50 to 250 photos which means when its time to conduct the final inspection, we've got you covered.
Statements & Ledgers
Ever wanted to look back on your statements or look through your condition report but it's out of office hours? Our Owner Portal means you can access any of your financial information, anytime.
Paperless Accounting
We care about the environment here at Aspect Estate Agents and, in a bid to get to Paperless Office Status, we have signed up to Digital Statements. This means at the end of each month, the day that your funds are transferred, you'll receive your statement, along with digital copies of all accounts paid, will be sent to your nominated email address.
