After 10 years with a major development company in Sydney it seemed a natural progression to enter the real estate industry which he did in 1989. After many successful years selling real estate, Ian became the first RE/MAX Sales Associate in NSW Australia. His experience and success was rewarded in 2007 with an appointment as General Sales Manager with a leading RE/MAX franchise group in Wellington, New Zealand. His responsibilities included Retainment, recruitment and agent training.
