About James Tellis

James's journey into real estate began almost by chance, completing a real estate certification while still at school to fill some time. What began as a casual interest quickly turned into a career built on people, passion, and property.

He started in property management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 200 properties across NSW and the ACT. This experience gave James a strong grounding in organisation, communication, and client care. His natural ability to connect with people saw him transition into a Business Development Manager role, where he focused on building lasting client relationships, maximising rental returns, and ensuring portfolios consistently performed at their best.

Seeking to expand his expertise, James also worked as a legal assistant, where he supported residential property transactions. This role gave him valuable insight into the legal and compliance requirements involved in buying and selling property in both NSW and the ACT. It also deepened his understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the finer details that can make all the difference in a seamless transaction.

Today, James is proud to be a Sales Agent at Luton Properties Manuka. He combines his diverse background with a client-first approach and thrives on helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions, whether that is buying their first home, upgrading, or selling a family home or investment property. With his strong industry knowledge, approachable nature, and commitment to achieving the best results, James takes pride in guiding his clients through the sales process with confidence and clarity.
