Jason Ou joined the Laing+Simmons team while still in Year 12 with a singular focus: to carve out a successful long term career in real estate. His determination to gain experience in the industry and his commitment to training and development to build his skill base reflects the mantra of our entire office, and he has quickly become an invaluable member of the team. Jason utilises his strong communications skills and approachable nature to deliver excellent customer service in a prompt, responsive and efficient way. He takes pride in exceeding the expectations of our customers, an important characteristic for any successful agent. With plans to eventually move into a sales role, potentially open his own office and with interest in investment and development, Jason’s journey to a long and successful real estate career is already well underway.
