Jay joined Quaid /Colliers International early in 2001 he is an independent fully qualified real estate agent, with a focus on the City and Marlin Coast regions of Cairns, including the management of our Palm Cove office.

His areas of specialisation include selling prestige lifestyle properties, Project Marketing and Residential Development sites, and Hotel and Leisure Properties. Jay constantly demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of his areas of expertise which is reflected in the volume of property transactions which have transpired over the years, including setting a number benchmark sales.

Jay's passion lies in working with individuals of small, medium and large business and developers in identifying specific product styles and types suited for their requirements. Jay believes by spending the necessary time with a client we are able to understand and assist them in achieving their desired outcomes not just in the short term, but as their business constantly evolves and grows helping them to achieve their goals in the long term also.
