When it comes to knowledge of the area, nothing beats that of a local. Our administrator Jenny has lived in the area for her whole life, growing up in the days when Logan Reserve and Chambers Flat Roads were mostly dirt and gravel. Through the years she has seen quite a lot of development, most of this happening during her 20 years in real estate. Her career began when Jenny and her late husband, Joseph took over the Taylor & Cook office at Browns Plains. They then jumped ship to the Raine & Horne franchise. Over the course of 10 or so years, they opened two other offices. But the wise decision, partly due to Joe's health, was made to reduce that number back to one. Jenny continued to work at the Browns Plains office up until 2007 when their current location was being redeveloped. It was thought best to move to their own shop were they couldn't be told to move out. The ideal place came, an office deep in Marsden owned by John Pugsley who was looking for retirement. The office was purchased and the existing business (Marsden Real Estate) was merged with Raine & Horne Browns Plains. Thus Raine & Horne Browns Plains Marsden was born. Although times have changed a fair bit, Jenny has adapted and continues to work with much the same manner as she did in the beginning. Her kind, confident attitude has won her many friends over the years, with many long lasting relationships still standing.
