Josh is the IT Coordinator for Fitzpatricks Real Estate. He is responsible for maintaining the computer networks and website. Since January 2004, Josh also plays an integral part in the sales and marketing team, specialising in photography, desktop publishing and design work. Before joining Fitzpatricks Real Estate, Josh completed a bachelor degree in Multimedia. Interested in all forms of creativity, he is most passionate about photography, which occupies much of his spare time. Josh is driven by creating unique marketing campaigns for each individual client at Fitzpatrick's who are wishing to sell their home. Josh is very sensitive to the needs and desires of each client and therefore ensures he proficiently mixes his knowledge of technology, creative flair and eye for fine detail to produce the best marketing campaigns possible. In February 2013, Josh won the 'Road Runner' award, an in-house award program where fellow colleagues get to vote for the person they believe has contributed the most to the organisation.
