Kaylene started with L J Hooker Canberra City in 2001, at that time she was a fairly shy person, late 30's and feeling it was time to step up and challenge herself and establish a career to take her through the next phase of her life.

Well as they say 'The rest is history'!

Kaylene proved very quickly that she was able to step outside her comfort zone on a daily basis, work hard to meet as many people as possible and establish great relationships not only in the industry but with so many of her customers and clients. Her ability to connect and care about people has seen her grow her business from strength to strength and now the vast majority of her work comes from those people she already knows by way of repeat and referral business. Kaylene says 'having people come back to me or refer others to me is the greatest compliment I could possibly ask for and I will never take those opportunities for granted, it means so much to have that trust.'

Since 2001, Kaylene has been a high achiever within the L J Hooker family, winning multiple awards and entering the elite Life membership of the L J Hooker Captains Club and Multi Million Dollar chapter of that club; placing her in the top 5% of L J Hooker agents internationally. Kaylene has been an auctioneer within our group since 2005 and conducts regular auctions both on site and in rooms at our City location.

Kaylene has a genuine desire to listen to people, understand their situation and work together with them through their real estate journey.
