About Kylie Campbell

Starting in Real Estate in 2003 as a receptionist for a small country town in NSW, but being a Canberra girl since the age of 5 my partner and children moved back to Canberra to be closer to family.

I continued my career in real estate again as a receptionist and progressing to Property Manager within two months.

Being approached by a small family Queanbeyan Real Estate and started work for them as a property manager and becoming one of their senior property managers within 12 months, overseeing a property management team of 5 with a rent roll of 880.

Moving to QLD for a change in lifestyle I continued to work in Property Management in varied roles from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager eventually hearing the call for home returning to again be a Senior Property Manager.

With my time in the Real Estate industry and being a landlord and tenant myself, I decided it was time to create DC Property Management and Sales Pty Ltd with my daughter Kathleen McLaughlin who followed me into the industry.

Here at DC Property Management and Sales we like to feel as if all landlords and tenants are part of our family and offer a different type of management to our landlords as we treat every property as if it was our own property.

We look forward to expanding our family within the Canberra community, why not contact us to see how you can enjoy the role of landlord with us.
