Manuel began his career in real estate sales in 1988. He has since completed many real estate training courses and seminars, and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1992. Before that, Manuel completed an Economics Degree at the Australian National University, then joined Deloittes, the international firm of Chartered Accountants. He spent the next 5 years as an accounting professional and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has a wealth of knowledge in finance, taxation and business management and has a special ability to turn complex subjects into simple concepts that everyone can understand. This experience is what sets him apart as a property advisor.
Many of his real estate clients now benefit from his expertise and invaluable support on financial and investment issues in relation to property.

Manuel is active in the development of other salespeople and regularly presents training sessions at Independent. He has an acute eye for detail and enjoys
showing his vendors effective ways of maximising their selling price. His high rate of repeat and referral business from previous satisfied vendors reflects his expertise in presentation and marketing, and his commitment to reliable communication to his sellers. Like many successful people Manuel stays active after hours, with power walking and cycling among his favourite pastimes together with travel when time permits. Family is a priority and he loves spending time with his wife Helen and their two children.
