Michael joined MMJ, first as a Valuer then Commercial Property Manager, and has since moved onto spearhead Commercial Leasing as a specialist area within the company, and it's contined growth.
His role concentrates on larger properties and development projects as well as overseeing both the Commercial Leasing and (to a lesser extent) Commercial Management roles within the company.
Michael has extensive commercial property and local expertise as can be seen from his employment history.
Commercial Property Experience
It is fair to say Michael is recognised as the market leading Commercial Leasing agent, to the Greater Wollongong area and has been for many years.
Michael's role concentrates on larger properties and development projects across Commercial, Retail and Industrial markets, with numerous career leasing highlights to boast.
Michael has over 24 years of Real Estate experience and is degree qualified (B.Business). He commenced his career as a Property Valuer, then Commercial Property Manager, and for the last 12 years has spearheaded Commercial Leasing as a specialist area within MMJ (7 years as a company Director).
A professional background and broad property experience in this role is unique in the Illawarra. These qualities, coupled with MMJ as an organisation, and the commercial opportunities it attracts, have proven a very successful combination.
Testament to this is the fact Michael has been very well received for his market commentary and passion for the region as a key note speaker for the Property Council's annual 'Illawarra Outlook' luncheon for the last 3 years running.
