About Michael Quilkey

Michael Quilkey is a second generation real estate agent who started his career with Wilson’s 19 79. His father Albert, now retired, had a long term business partnership with Eric Wilson who started the agency in the 1940’s. Michael became the managing director of the company on the retirement of his father in 1994 and since then has seen the company expand its operations in both sales and property management. Michael’s philosophy is that his agency is a service industry to service his customers and not property. He is very much aware that Wilson’s can only survive if his staff treats every person that comes to Wilson’s with the care, honesty and professionalism that he himself would expect dealing with a professional organisation. ’Wilson’s is only as good as the staff I employ’ said Michael, and he is committed to keeping his staff up to date and educated in all aspects of real estate. He engages external training organisations which gives his staff the skills required to achieve a value add outcome for you the customer. This coupled with a strong emphasis on ethics and keeping you fully informed giving you the ability to make informed decisions in regards to your real estate transactions. Michael is married with four children. His wife Sue and three of his four children work in the agency. Wilson’s has a real family flavour with Alice and Jim Martin, his sister and brother-in-law being partners in the company and his niece working as a part time receptionist.
