Born and raised in Newcastle, as soon as Sam was old enough he was in the workforce and has been in customer service related roles ever since. A good part of those years was in the hospitality industry where good communication and service is top priority. Sam has studied business at both Newcastle TAFE and Newcastle University. A passion for snowboarding took him to Kelowna British Columbia, Canada where he continued to be part of the hospitality and service industry while experiencing some of the best snow in Western Canada. The full Canadian experience wouldn't be complete without venturing into the oil and gas drilling industry and 6 months on an oil rig was enough for Sam to go looking for the next challenge which was when he discovered a passion for Real Estate and Sales. After undertaking studies at the University of British Columbia, Sam launched his Real Estate Career in Kelowna, BC. The experience saw sales ranging from 1 bedroom units under $200k to sprawling multi-million dollar award winning homes and everything in between. Sam's ability to communicate effectively with everyone from first time buyers to seasoned investors has proved to be a huge asset.
