Natalie Seaman brings passionate client service and a broad skill set that includes marketing, information technology, and communication skills to her multifaceted role at POD Property Group. With considerable industry experience garneredacross a 20 year real estate career, Natalie is also a Licensed Agent. As well as holding a Bachelor of Science as a Psychology and Human Movement double major from the University of Western Australia, Natalie has worked in every conceivable aspect of the real estate industry, in different locations across the country. Her resume includes positions in real estate sales, reception, administration, commercial leasing and property management. In her pursuit of excellence, Natalie has worked in Perth, Darwin, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Sale in Victoria. Now settled in Gungahlin, Natalie’s diverse background has allowed her to surpass all expectations in her current role. She is responsible for updating office systems and procedures, maintaining the website, external communications and marketing, and optimising procedures and systems for efficiency. Her invaluable, multifaceted role within the organisation supports POD Property Group’s policy of utilising the latest technology systems to produce exemplary service for all clients. Natalie’s ability to oversee different roles and functions is reflective of her dynamism and willingness to draw on a range of different competencies. Natalie is an enthusiastic local, and having now lived in Canberra with her partner for four years, she enjoys the big country town atmosphere, and the numerous bike paths available in the region. In her private time she organises adventures for the Canberra Women’s Adventure Group, a group which she founded in 2012. She has an interest in all sports and can be seen bushwalking, swimming, riding her bike, supporting the Canberra Capitals in the Women’s Basketball League and, in the AFL, the Fremantle Dockers from her home state of Western Australia.
