A recognised and respected identity in the ACT commercial property industry, Nathan Dunn, became Joint Managing Director and Head of Agency of Knight Frank Canberra in 2023. Proving to be a leader in his field, Nathan's sheer determination and exceptional skill-base enables him to deliver a service unlike any other in Canberra's commercial market.

Before joining Knight Frank, Nathan's keen interest in the dynamic property industry led him to join a boutique commercial property firm, this is where he started out as a trainee sales and leasing executive in 2010. From there, Nathan joined one of the world's largest commercial property firms, this gave the national and international exposure required to grow his network, and in 2016 Nathan was promoted to Manager, the youngest holder of the title in the firm nationally. 2018 saw Nathan establish his own commercial property business, joining the commercial arm of one of Australia's most recognised and well-loved residential franchises. It was here that Nathan won the first ever commercial specific award within the network, the Managing Directors Choice. In 2021, his office was award Best Commercial Office, further cementing Nathan's intent to grow an incredible business with the best people by his side.

Notably, Nathan's client base included some of the largest institutional property owners in Australia, including Lend Lease, MTAA Superannuation, ISPT, Charter Hall, Australian Unity and Quintessential Equity.

Nathan has transacted over 150,000sqm of space, proving that age is no barrier. In September 2016 Nathan joined a boutique retail-focused team insistent on providing quality management/leasing strategies for key clients. His focus turned to the leasing of major retail assets around the ACT, namely Canberra Outlet Centre, South.Point Shopping Centre, and Myer Centrepoint in regional NSW.
