I ensure that rent payments are controlled and maintenance is initiated cost effectively. My critical objectives are also risk management for Landlords, as well as duty of care. I have found that a realistic, honest and accurate approach is not only what helps Landlords get a better outcome, its what makes being a property investor more rewarding. Landlords need a property manager who puts them first. Thats my objective!
