Nikolai Vetsavong may be new to real estate, but he's no stranger to sales and building connections. From managing busy restaurants to selling $50,000 machinery in his first week at XCMG Canberra, Nikolai has always thrived in fast-paced, people-focused roles.

A chance conversation with our own Business Development Manager Mike Yazdan at an open home led him to The Property Collective, where he serves a double role as Business Development Associate and Property Management Executive. Organised and driven, Nikolai likes to work to a plan and focus on execution.

When he's not working, you'll find him on the basketball court, watching the NRL, NBA or AFL, or creating music. A multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, Nikolai plays everything from guitar and piano to trumpet, drums, and even glockenspiel! With his energy, creativity, and sales experience, Nikolai is ready to make his mark in real estate.
