Penny Costello is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 25years experience and is Principal of a Boutique Real Estate Business T/A Penny’s Projects & Properties located in Coogee. Penny began her career at the Land Titles Office in Sydney where she managed the issuing of all New Title Deeds. She obtained her Real Estate License in 1987, and after working for other agents opened her own business in Edgecliff, specializing in Property Development and the sale of new Projects. She has sold property as far away as Pymble and Wollongong , however most of her work has been in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, particularly coastal property. One of the major properties she sold was the Best Western Motel in Bondi which has since been re-developed. She also holds the record for the highest price achieved for a property in Coogee.  Most of Penny’s work is referral based and she now concentrates on Executive Leasing , Personal Management of Property Portfolios and Sales. Having lived and worked in Coogee for over 40years, she has an excellent knowledge of the coastal areas and the Eastern Suburbs in general.
