Rachel has experience as a retail leasing executive in the Sydney CBD working with one of Australia’s largest real agencies and has also worked as the retail manager of a prestige development in the CBD. Since joining Laing and Simmons Double Bay in 2001, Rachel has successfully managed a large portfolio of commercial and retail properties located in the Eastern Suburbs with a strong focus on maintaining income and capital growth within the portfolio whilst minimising expenditure and vacancy factors. Her commitment to her work on behalf of our company is balanced by a strong code of ethics and desire to ensure that her clients receive all possible attention and consideration. Rachel has a degree in Property Economics.
