Rex Patterson is almost a "local" moving to Port Macquarie in 1976 when the population was just 12,000 people and the town was a sleepy holiday resort. He commenced his real estate career in 1985 and with almost 28 years experience he really knows the real estate scene inside out. Rex and his wife Helen (a true local born & bred in Port Macquarie) opened Tacking Point Real Estate at Light House Beach in 1995 Later they moved the agency into the CBD rebranding it Patterson Real Estate. In 2013 Rex & Helen sold the agency to the current owners and Rex has continued with the agency assisting both old and new clients with their real estate needs.
