While it was IT that initially interested Rodena Derbasi, a field in which she has already achieved tertiary qualifications, securing a part time role at Laing + Simmons Parramatta opened her eyes to a different career opportunity. While studying at University, Rodena gained the position of weekend receptionist at Laing + Simmons Parramatta, opening up a whole new avenue of possibilities for her future career. Rodena has since gained experience in the ins and outs of the real estate industry, moving up the ranks into her current position as Investment Leasing Officer at Laing + Simmons Parramatta. On a day to day basis, Rodena undertakes inspections and finalises leases, helping clients in any way she can to ensure their property needs are met. Rodena is well known for her excellent time management and organisational skills and is always willing to take on a new challenge. Rodena still maintains an interest in IT, however she is looking forward to carving out a successful real estate career.
