In May 2002 after 10 years in the Tasmania Police Force, Ryan began a new career in real estate at Ray White. Ryan quickly established a reputation for outstanding service and results due to his energy and dedication to his clients. After a quick transition Ryan made quite an impact; Ray White Residential Rookie of the year 2003 5th highest Auction seller Ray White Queensland 2003 Upon moving to Brisbane in December 2004, Ryan set up a consultancy business training Real Estate salespeople in marketing and the auction process. Although his business was highly successful after a while it was time for another challenge. The opportunity to specialise in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing was perfect. After making the move to RE/MAX, Ryan was named; 4th Highest Selling Agent, RE/MAX Commercial International 2008 Highest Selling Commercial Agent, RE/MAX Australia 2008 RE/MAX Platinum Club 2008. Since 2008 Ryan has run his own Commercial Agency and has also branched out into Business Broking and Lease Negotiation for Commercial Tenants. Ryan lives and works locally in Redcliffe. He is an active member of the Community and is happily married to Cassie with whom has three children, Laney, Zac and Jake.
