About Sam Howes

Sam is passionate about property and supporting clients to achieve their investment and lifestyle goals. Having been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry for over five years, Sam leverages the knowledge and experience he has gained from selling residential homes to managing sales campaigns for large townhouse and apartment projects across Canberra.

Experienced across all the suburbs of Canberra, he understands the market and can ensure a positive result, delivered with transparency and integrity.

Sam's experience is further strengthened by having collaborated with some of Australia's largest developers such as Stockland and The Doma Group. Sam is a highly adaptable, motivated individual who strives to further himself through continuing professional development and building on his relationships with clients. Based on his experience and his results, Sam is confident in providing premium customer service and helping his clients achieve their goals.

Sam has previously been a fitness trainer and enjoys going on hikes with friends, spending time with family down the coast and has recently competed in his first triathlon at Jervis Bay. This active lifestyle translates into the energy Sam gives his clients.

With extensive experience across all aspects of Real Estate Sales and having recently moved into his first home in Braddon, Sam offers a knowledgeable approach and a genuine understanding of his clients' needs.
