So, who am I really?

Choosing the right agent is a big decision, after all, you're trusting someone with your most valuable asset (and your sanity!). So before we get into the nuts and bolts, let me tell you a bit about who you'd be working with (ie, me!).

I'm Sandra Masters - though some may still remember me as Sandra Barlow - and real estate has been my world since I was 19. That's over two decades of sold signs, open homes, market shifts, and countless cups of coffee with clients who often end up
becoming lifelong friends.

I've been lucky enough to wear a few hats along the way - reception and admin (from humble beginnings all those decades ago!), sales agent (awards and stats at the back if you would like a cheat sheet!), sales manager, franchise owner, auctioneer (I've called over 700 auctions and competed internationally for years!), trainer, mentor, and even a board member for the Real Estate Institute. But at my core, I'm a hands-on agent who genuinely loves helping people through what's often one of the biggest chapters of their lives.

I believe selling your home shouldn't just be about achieving a great result - it should also be a memorable, even enjoyable experience. My clients often tell me they remember the laughs and the calm confidence as much as the final price, and this means the world to me.

Now back HOME on the beautiful South Coast with my two gorgeous kids and a supportive husband (who also works in real estate so understands the call!). I'm bringing all that energy, experience and drive back home - with a fresh perspective and a genuine love for this community. I like to think I've got the hustle of a city agent, but the heart of a coastal one.
